The Midwest Alliance for Mindfulness values community, inclusion, compassion, and generosity. In this spirit, we partner with other local organizations that provide important services to those who might not otherwise have an opportunity to learn about mindfulness. Many of our teachers volunteer with our community partners offering classes, workshops, and trainings both onsite and off. We endeavor to bring the healing attitudes and practices of mindfulness where they are needed.
Alive & Well KC coordinates community-wide efforts to focus on reducing the impact of toxic stress and trauma on our health and wellbeing through building and sustaining a network of resilient and trauma-informed communities.
Cornerstones of Care partners with children, young adults and families to create a safe healing environment that respects dignity and inclusion so they can experience more fulfilling and rewarding lives.
