At the Midwest Alliance for Mindfulness, we understand the importance of nurturing our practice at every level. For those with an established practice, we offer a number of resources to help you sustain you on your journey, grow and flourish. Mindfulness Practice Communities
Practicing together as a community helps provide the support and accountability needed to sustain a dedicated mindfulness practice. Our practice groups are FREE to members and at a modest cost to non-members.
Classes, Seminars & Workshops
Our teachers offer a wide variety of classes, seminars and workshops, both online and in-person, exploring timely topics and promoting wellbeing.
Mindfulness Based Programs
MBPs are evidence based 8-week programs that train participants in the cultivation of mindfulness in order to support wellbeing, address the causes of human distress, and offer pathways to relieving suffering.
Retreats
Ranging from a couple of hours to a number of days , retreats provide an opportunity to focus exclusively on practice and reflection over a longer duration than our typical daily practice, deepening concentration and cultivating insight.
