The Midwest Alliance for Mindfulness (MAM) values community and understands the importance of practicing together. We offer weekly mindfulness practice meetings to our members and the general public. Meetings are led by a rotating group of mindfulness professionals and offer an opportunity to start, build, maintain or deepen a practice and connect with like-minded individuals. Having trouble maintaining a personal practice? Our weekly meetings can contribute to participation in our Annual Meditation Challenge.

MAM offers weekly practice meetings that are FREE for its members. Drop-in passes are also available to non-members. Meetings are guided by trained mindfulness teachers. Props, chairs and rental mats are also available on location – please preregister to save your spot. **Not ready to become a member yet? Donation-Based Practice Meetings
Our donation based meetings are FREE and open to the public. There is no fee and any donations go to the hosting location. The facilitators are volunteers and take no payment for their services. Our last meeting here is July 24th, 2018. Meetings may include guided meditation, mindful walking or eating, mindful yoga (gentle), community discussion, or some combination of these practices. Some meetings are family friendly and some are meant for adults. If you are participating in our meditation challenge you will want to pre-register online – if not, just show up with your yoga mat (some spares are available, rental fees may apply). Bring a meditation cushion or bench if you use one. Chairs and props may be available depending on the location.
- Tuesdays from 7-8 pm at Cornerstones of Care – Spofford Campus
