When you find something that transforms your life, you just have to share it! I am overjoyed to share mindfulness techniques with people in my community! I took my first mindfulness meditation course 20 years ago with Dr. William Hale who still teaches in Lawrence, Kansas. I teach because anyone can optimize their happiness by systematically practicing mindfulness in their daily lives.
I’m qualified to teach Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and the Unified Mindfulness Program created by meditation teacher Shinzen Young. I also lead the Mindfulness Cafe and monthly Mini Retreats.
