I have been practicing meditation for over 9 years and have attended numerous meditation retreats. My personal practice allows me to teach meditation in a way that is informed by my own lived experience. I enjoy introducing newbies to meditation and helping experienced meditators deepen their practice. I teach meditation as a self-discovery practice and a tool for self-care and stress management. I have led meditation trainings for yoga studios, University faculty, physicians-in-training, and community groups. I have also shared meditation at the Danville Illinois Correctional Center through the Education Justice Project.
