With a long history in the area of communication, Ms. Padron graduated from the National Theater Workshop of the Rajatabla Foundation. In the 80s and 90s she developed a successful career as a Theater, Cinema and TV Actress. She has a B.A. in Public Relations and a certification in education with the Nueva Esparta University in Caracas, Venezuela, where she worked as Assistant Professor for more than eight years. Mrs. Padron worked in the Public Service Administration for more than thirteen years as Director of Protocol in the El Hatillo Hall. Her contact with communities in the Municipality of El Hatillo and the necessity for personal development led her to become certified as a Systemic Ontological Coach with Alas Venezuela S.C. and Alas Argentina. She is member of the “Federación Internacional de Coaching Ontológico Profesional” (International Federation of Ontological Coaching), FICOP No 00294. She has more than thirty years of experience working with public. Her dream is to carry out his project of American Venezuelan Coalition, an ONG organization created with the purpose of promoting human rights, developing awareness of service to others.
