Mindfulness has changed the way I think about every moment of the day. Before I react to any and everything, I am mindful to what I say, think, and feel.
My training started with "Mindfulness Yoga" which was good for my soul. I began to understand becoming in tune with my inner self. Teaching is a process that is starting to develop within.
I serve any population that is willing to receive help.
